Welcome to our Veros Trusted Business Network. There are many services – all non-financial related services and some financial related services – that we do not provide. However, our clients need many of these other services. We have relationships with many companies and people that provide valuable services, so we thought by expanding upon those relationships to assist our clients’ ability to choose highly-skilled, reputable service providers we could add additional value to our clients. This idea led to the formation of our Veros Trusted Business Network (VTBN).
We have made the time commitment to build and maintain this network of service providers to provide an additional valuable service to our clients at no cost to them. We take a serious interest in all of our VTBN members because the service they provide to our clients is a direct reflection on us. That is why we follow-up with clients we refer to them to ensure that they are meeting our clients’ needs in the appropriate manner and are meeting the contractual obligations that are part of being in our VTBN.
The Concept: If we are not highly skilled at providing a particular service then we will refer our clients to other qualified professionals that have values and principles similar to ours.
The Selection Process: Each potential member completes a questionnaire and goes through an interview process through which we use to evaluate whether the potential member qualifies for our network reviewing many different factors such as experience, competence, client service and whether the service provided puts the client’s best interests above all else.
The Contract: If a service provider is selected to be included in our network, they must sign a written contract called the “Quality of Service Agreement” that details the fundamental principles and values we expect them to adhere to when providing services to our clients that we refer to them.
The Follow-Up: For each client that we refer to one of our VTBN members, we send them a Quality of Service Follow-Up form that asks them 5 questions regarding the experience they had in working with that member and to provide any applicable additional comments. We use these forms to evaluate on an ongoing basis whether the member’s service is meeting our expectations.
